Amina is an experienced educator with extensive experience both in India and abroad. She holds degrees in Psychology and Education, as well as an AMI Montessori Diploma. Amina has worked for the Montessori Training Center and its Lab School and has consulted with schools in Hyderabad on their setup and development. Passionate about nature and children's learning, she co-founded "Story Pipers," creating storybooks for children.
Chaithanya is the Program Director for the Erdkinder Program at Pragnya Montessori School, Hyderabad. With a decade of experience in Montessori education, he has been instrumental in establishing India’s first Montessori Adolescent Program, inspired by Dr. Maria Montessori's principles. Chaithanya holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a master’s degree in Mathematics from BITS Pilani, as well as AMI diplomas in Elementary and Adolescent Education.
Swati is an AMI certified birth to three years guide. She has worked as a teacher and consultant for Montessori schools in both India and Singapore. Swati is also the founder of Kindora, a sustainable toy brand inspiring playful and mindful learning.
Shashi Ji, is a valued Member of the Trust and a dedicated advocate of the Montessori philosophy. Her journey with Montessori began in 1980-81, when she completed her training under Mr. S.R. Swamy. Since then, she has been an integral part of the Montessori community, contributing her time and expertise to many courses in Hyderabad, assisting Swamy Ji, Meenakshi Ji, and Lakshmi Ji. Shashi Ji has conducted Hindi workshops and provided guidance to teachers and parents in embracing the Montessori approach.
Dr. Sneha is a seasoned writer and podcaster, known for her beloved kids' podcast, StoryTokri, ranked among India's top 5. With a doctorate in Chemistry and over six years of experience in education leadership, she co-founded a children's publishing house. Her storytelling, infused with Indian culture, sparks joy and curiosity in young minds. Dr. Sneha believes in the magic of stories to ignite children's imagination and learning.
Aarathi is a clinical psychologist in India. She is also a Counseling Psychology in the US and a Clinician licensed in NZ. She is the founder of Pause for Perspective in Hyderabad, a mental health organization that works with individuals, couples, children and families as well as institutions and organizations that working within the intersections of social justice and mental health. Aarathi is a therapist, supervisor and a faculty member in multiple learning centers and is a writer and researcher as well.
